For the past several years, ZONTA International has asked each club to observe 16 Days of Activism by participating in an activity or project that aligns with our international goals to end violence against women.

Zonta Club of Petoskey was chartered in December of 1971 and is celebrating its 52nd anniversary this year. The club has donated more than $350,000 to area organizations in their 52 years, and raises money each year to provide grants to organizations and initiatives that support and empower women and girls in our area. Zonta Club of Petoskey is one of 38 clubs in Michigan and one of 1200 clubs worldwide with more than 27,000 members. Zonta International celebrates 105 years of service this year.
